Frequently Asked Questions

2. Choose your bag clean type

3. At checkout choose DPD next day collection (most popular or take them to your local DPD Drop off point. When your transaction's complete, we'll send you instructions on how best to package your bag and what to include within the package 

4. We'll process the order, clean your items at the lab and then package them up and send them back to you 

5. All that's left is for you to marvel at the results and wonder how Bag Lab did it!

We will do our absolute best to have your bag returned to you within 7 days of us receiving them. If this is not possible, we will of course notify you.

We can't share our magic with you, but we can guarantee that we will professionally hand clean your bag using a number of different techniques and products, ensuring all the bags we receive are returned to our customers at the highest possible standard. 

Rest assured, we will never do or use anything that would risk causing damage to your bag. Ever. 

Orders can be cancelled at any time before cleaning has taken place

If you cancel an order before posting your bags to us, we will issue you with a full refund

If you cancel your order after you have posted your bags to us, you will not be eligible for a refund. We will, of course, happily return your bags to you. 

Any orders cancelled after cleaning has been done will, again, not be eligible for a refund. But, on the bright side, you will get a clean bag returned to you!
